I REALLY appreciated the convenient bus service into the city. The bus stop was just a short walk from the hotel entrance. The on-site pub, Fat Abbott, offered a REALLY good menu with delicious food. I found the spa facilities relaxing. The pool, sauna, and steam room were all well kept.
The jacuzzi temperature could have been higher. It felt a bit too cool for my liking.

The hotel is situated a little outside the city, a peaceful setting for a getaway. It had easy access to the park and ride, made traveling into the city SIMPLE. The grounds around the building were also beautiful.

The room was spacious and clean, and I found the bathroom VERY nice. I saw that it included a whirlpool bath, though the shower curtain stuck to me a bit. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities for added convenience.

I interacted with the staff, and they were friendly, helpful, and cute. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a good variety of cooked options. The staff worked hard to ensure everyone had what they needed. I really liked the organized service.

The breakfast was good with a nice selection of items.
I encountered some issues . Our room was quite COLD. The heaters struggled to warm the space adequately. The shower only produced warm water, not hot, disappointing.

the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious! i especially liked the hot options. the spa area was super clean and well-kept! there were plenty of sunbeds available, and i found a lovely spot outdoors. our room had comfortable beds and ample space. the shower and bath were clean and roomy!
the tv signal in the room was sometimes weak, it was a bit annoying.

The gym has plenty of equipment. Breakfast was lovely with various options. The onsite pub looked nice. I plan to visit it next time. The location is also convenient, with a short drive to the city center.

The hotel offered ample parking. public transportation access into the city was convenient. I used uber easily. i found the breakfast excellent, particularly the wide selection of options available. the staff throughout the hotel were friendly.
i did notice the room's decor seemed a little outdated.

the room had double aspect views overlooking both the gardens and a nearby cornfield. cleanliness was particularly noticeable, with everything tidy. the room was good.
